RESCHEDULING, CANCELLATION,
NO SHOW POLICY

If you find you need to reschedule, you must do so at least 24hrs beforehand. Any reschedule requests less than 24hrs before your reading will require a new payment.

Each reading can only be rescheduled one time. Any additional reschedule requests will require a new payment.

I have a 24hr cancellation policy. If you cancel your reading at least 24hrs beforehand a refund will be given minus a $6 refund fee to cover the costs I incur from taking your payment. I am not responsible for any additional fees charged to you by Square or Paypal. Refunds can take as long as 7-10 business days.

NO refund will be given and no reschedule requests will be honored if you are a no show.  If you are more than 5 minutes late to your reading without notifying me this will be considered a no show as well.

*If you decide at some point during your reading that you would like to stop the reading, you must notify me during the reading and a partial refund may be given at  my discretion and is not guaranteed.
